Planning focus

Plan a wedding silent disco around the right package.

Planning a wedding silent disco works best when the quote starts with the event date, venue, guest count, music needs, and the level of support you want on site.

Best fit

When weddings and after-parties make the most sense.

Most wedding receptions and after-parties fit the SE2 party package path. If the venue has unusual production needs, SE2 can adjust the package after reviewing the details.

Best for

  • Late-night wedding after-parties
  • Mixed-age receptions
  • Venues with sound limits
  • Hotel and ballroom celebrations

Why it works

  • Guests can switch between the music options planned for that event without splitting the room.
  • Personal volume controls make the party easier for guests who want to talk, rest, or stay close to the action.
  • The glowing headphones create a visual moment that photographs better than a standard speaker setup.

Planning notes

  • Start with the number of guests likely to dance, not only the total guest count.
  • Plan one music source or DJ feed for each channel you want to run.
  • Confirm venue power, load-in timing, and any late-night sound rules before the quote is finalized.

Your event quote

Start with the party package request.

Tell us about your wedding event, including the date, venue, guest count, and support you need. SE2 will check availability and recommend a silent disco package that fits.

  • Use packages for normal private events, parties, school events, weddings, fundraisers, and company gatherings.
  • SE2 can adjust headphone count, staffing, DJ support, lighting, and timing after reviewing the request.
  • Use the custom build path only when the wedding needs a non-standard format, multi-room audio, or a production plan beyond the normal package flow.

Headphone handout, return, and collateral support

For ticketed, public, school, or open-format events, the customer is responsible for headphone handout, return cleaning, and either ID collateral collection for each headphone or a secured area with one controlled entrance/exit. SE2 can staff this part of the event for an additional charge.

Your event duration

Planning more than four hours?

All party packages include up to four hours. Your selected event runs longer, so an additional charge will apply based on your package. Keep these times, or keep your start time and shorten the event to four hours.

Questions

What planners usually ask before booking.

Clear answers help you decide whether a package, rental, or custom build is the right next step.

Is silent disco good for wedding after-parties?

Yes. Silent disco works well for wedding after-parties because guests can choose channels, control volume, and keep dancing while the venue stays quieter outside the headphones.

Can a wedding DJ connect to SE2 headphones?

In many cases, yes. SE2 can help plan the transmitter setup around DJ outputs, playlists, phones, laptops, or other music sources for each channel.
