Information SE2 Collects
SE2 Silent Disco collects information you choose to send through contact, quote, rental, event inquiry, ticketing, or administrative forms. This may include your name, email address, phone number, event date, event location, city, guest count, package preferences, rental details, message content, and related event planning information.
If you authorize SE2's website or publishing dashboard to connect to a social media account, including TikTok, SE2 may receive account authorization data from that platform. Depending on the permission you approve, this may include a platform user identifier, display name, avatar, basic profile information, granted scopes, access tokens, refresh tokens, token expiration details, post status identifiers, and posting responses returned by the platform.
SE2 may use website analytics, advertising pixels, and ticketing integrations to understand page views, quote requests, checkout starts, and completed Eventbrite ticket orders. Eventbrite handles ticket checkout and payment delivery. When configured, SE2 receives limited order metadata such as order id, event id, ticket quantity, currency, and order total for conversion measurement and business reporting.
How SE2 Uses Information
SE2 uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, manage bookings, provide rentals or event services, send operational messages, improve the website, and maintain business records. SE2 uses social media authorization data only to operate SE2-owned or SE2-authorized social media workflows, such as preparing, testing, scheduling, and publishing approved SE2 Silent Disco content from the SE2 publishing dashboard.
SE2 may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Meta Conversions API to measure website performance and advertising results. Server-side conversion events may include order totals and hashed identifiers, such as hashed email or phone when available from the ticketing provider, so platforms can measure conversions without SE2 sending raw contact details in those server-side conversion events.
For TikTok integrations, SE2 uses TikTok permissions only for the specific connected workflow shown during authorization and app review. SE2 may read basic account information to confirm the connected account and may publish approved video content through TikTok's Content Posting API only when an authorized SE2 staff member or account administrator starts or enables that workflow. SE2 does not use TikTok data to profile users, sell data, message users, edit profile settings, delete content, or access unrelated TikTok account information.
Sharing and Service Providers
SE2 does not sell personal information. SE2 may share information with service providers that help operate the website, host the admin system, process form submissions, send email, store business records, analyze site performance, or connect approved social media accounts. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to SE2.
When SE2 uses a social media platform integration, information is also processed by that platform according to its own terms and privacy policy. For example, TikTok processes authorized account data and video publishing requests when an approved SE2 administrator connects a TikTok account or publishes SE2 content through TikTok.
Eventbrite processes ticket checkout, ticket delivery, attendee information, and payment-related activity according to its own terms and privacy policy. Google and Meta may process analytics, advertising, and conversion-measurement data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention, Security, and Revocation
SE2 keeps inquiry, booking, and operational records for as long as reasonably needed for customer service, accounting, legal, security, and business purposes. Social media access tokens and related authorization data are kept only while the integration is needed, then removed or replaced when access is revoked, expired, or no longer required.
SE2 uses administrative access controls and reasonable technical safeguards to protect stored information. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but SE2 limits access to business systems to people and providers who need it for SE2 operations.
You may revoke TikTok or other social media access through the relevant platform account settings. You may also ask SE2 to disconnect an integration, delete stored social authorization data, or remove information SE2 is not legally required to keep by contacting info@se2.events.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that SE2 maintains about you, subject to legal, security, accounting, and operational retention requirements. You may also unsubscribe from non-transactional messages when an unsubscribe option is provided.
For privacy questions, data deletion requests, or social integration removal requests, email info@se2.events. Please include enough detail for SE2 to identify the relevant inquiry, booking, or connected account.
