This website provides information about SE2 Silent Disco events, rentals, packages, merchandise, public events, and custom silent event services. By using this website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or using SE2's publishing dashboard, you agree to use the site lawfully and only for legitimate SE2 Silent Disco business, event, booking, or account-management purposes.
Quotes, availability, pricing, package details, staffing, event details, and rental terms are not final until confirmed directly by SE2. SE2 may update website content, packages, dates, pricing, or availability at any time.
Bookings, Rentals, and Tickets
Renters may be required to complete a separate rental agreement, security deposit, identity or payment verification, and payment process before equipment is reserved. Customers are responsible for accurate event details, safe use of rented equipment, and compliance with the terms of any signed rental agreement or booking confirmation.
Public event tickets are typically processed through Eventbrite or another ticketing platform and may be subject to that platform's terms, refund policies, fees, and account requirements.
Social Media and TikTok Integrations
SE2's website and authorized publishing dashboard may connect to social media platforms, including TikTok, to prepare, test, schedule, and publish SE2 Silent Disco content. These tools are intended only for SE2-owned accounts or accounts whose owner has authorized SE2 to manage content.
If you authorize a TikTok or other social media account, you confirm that you have the right to grant that access and that any content submitted for posting complies with applicable law, platform rules, music and intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, advertising rules, and event venue requirements. SE2 may reject, edit, pause, or remove scheduled content that appears inaccurate, unsafe, unauthorized, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with SE2's brand or platform requirements.
TikTok posting is used only for approved SE2 video content selected by an authorized SE2 staff member or account administrator. Direct posting, when enabled, is limited to approved SE2 event video content after SE2 review and any required TikTok privacy or disclosure settings. SE2 does not claim TikTok endorsement, does not sell TikTok account data, and does not use TikTok authorization to message users, alter unrelated account settings, delete unrelated content, or access unrelated TikTok data. Connected platforms may impose their own review, account, posting, disclosure, and rate-limit rules.
Content and Intellectual Property
SE2 owns or licenses the website copy, images, videos, designs, logos, and business materials unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reuse, or publish SE2 website or media content without written permission, except for ordinary sharing of public event pages or social posts.
If you submit photos, videos, testimonials, event details, or other content to SE2, you confirm that you have the right to share it and grant SE2 permission to use it to respond to your request, provide services, operate the website, and promote SE2 Silent Disco, unless another written agreement says otherwise.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
