4. Confirm Your Reservation → Make full payment to lock in your date.
    

What’s Included in a Private Silent Disco Package

• Wireless silent disco headphones (100–1,000+)
• Up to 3 live music channels
• Delivery, setup, and support staff (Buffalo & Rochester service area - additional charge for Rochester and other cities case by case)
• Cleaning supplies & ID check materials (for public events)
• Add-on options: extra headphones, DJs, lighting, and more
   

Add More Headphones Anytime

• Before the event: Add groups of 25 headphones for $5 each ($125 per group - subject to availability)
• Day-of event: Add groups of 25 headphones for $10 each ($250 per group - subject to availability)
   

Additional Details

• Travel fee applies for events outside Buffalo, NY.
• Holiday, holiday weeks, and holiday weekends may incur extra charges.
• Public events require volunteers to be provided by customer for headphone handout, ID collection, check-in & cleaning. We provide ID books and wipes.
• Recommended DJ tip: 10–20%.
